Mr. I.M. Noorani, FCA started his career at PWC A. F. Ferguson & Co. and qualified in 1974. He held senior positions in national, multi-national, and public sector companies, including 22 years at Sui Southern Gas Co. Ltd. as General Manager Treasury and later General Manager Internal Audit. He negotiated loan transactions worth billions of rupees and attended about 50 Board Audit Committee meetings. He brings deep expertise in accounting analysis, report writing, legal document review, and the oil and gas sector.

Mr. Yawer Abbas, FCA

Mr. Yawer Abbas is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (1999) and a Certified Internal Auditor (USA). With twelve years in Big 4 audit firms and four years in industry across Finance, Treasury, and Internal Audit, he has audited banks, insurance companies, modarabas, construction firms, exporters, educational institutions, and trusts. His expertise spans accounting & finance, internal audit, risk management, taxation, MIS development, and software implementation.
